1. Agreement Overview
This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the RawNori Affiliate Program (“Program”).
By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to all terms below.
Participation is a privilege, not a right.
2. Enrollment & Eligibility
2.1 Acceptance into the Program is at RawNori’s sole discretion.
2.2 RawNori may approve or reject any application without explanation.
2.3 Affiliate must be at least 18 years old.
2.4 Affiliate must provide accurate payout and tax information before receiving commissions.
3. Affiliate Link & Tracking
3.1 Affiliates receive a unique referral link.
3.2 Only properly tracked purchases qualify for commission.
3.3 Attribution windows and tracking rules may change at RawNori’s discretion.
3.4 RawNori reserves the right to de-duplicate, deny, or reverse attribution in cases of suspected interception or abuse.
4. Commission Structure
4.1 Standard commission: 10% of net qualified sales.
4.2 Net sales exclude taxes, shipping, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, credits, and wholesale/custom pricing.
4.3 Commissions may be reversed if a purchase is refunded or deemed invalid.
5. Qualified Purchases
A purchase qualifies only if it:

is a legitimate retail sale

is not fraudulent
-
complies with this Agreement
-
is not intercepted traffic
-
is not wholesale/custom pricing
-
aligns with Program purpose
RawNori has sole discretion in determining validity.
6. Program Purpose & Active Promotion Requirement
The Program exists to reward affiliates who actively promote RawNori through genuine content and audience engagement.
Valid promotion includes:

original blog posts
-
videos
-
tutorials
-
recipes
-
educational content
-
social media promotion
-
email newsletters
-
product demonstrations
Traffic alone does not qualify.
Affiliates must demonstrate active promotional effort aligned with Program purpose.
RawNori reserves sole discretion to determine whether activity constitutes genuine promotion versus interception or passive aggregation.
Superficial or token content created to simulate compliance may be treated as a violation.
Accounts lacking demonstrable promotional engagement may be terminated even if specific tactics are not explicitly listed elsewhere.
7. Prohibited Marketing Practices
The following practices are strictly prohibited:
7.1 Coupon & Deal Aggregation
Posting RawNori offers on:

coupon websites
-
deal directories
-
Reddit coupon threads
-
discount lists
-
browser extensions
-
public promo databases
7.2 Discount Interception
Capturing customers already intending to purchase via:
-
last-click redirects
-
checkout hijacking
-
“activate offer” funnels
-
forced affiliate routing
7.3 Brand Keyword Advertising
Bidding on RawNori trademarks or brand terms without written approval.
7.4 SEO Coupon Traps
Creating pages targeting searches such as:

RawNori coupon
-
RawNori discount
-
RawNori promo code
7.5 Cashback & Extension Arbitrage
Using tools that override affiliate attribution.
7.6 Customer Retargeting
Advertising to RawNori’s existing customers without permission.
7.7 Misrepresentation
Impersonating RawNori or creating fake review sites.
Violation may result in:

suspension
-
commission reversal
-
termination
-
forfeiture of unpaid earnings
RawNori has sole discretion.
8. Payment Terms
8.1 Payout schedules and thresholds are defined in the affiliate dashboard.
8.2 RawNori may apply holding periods to reduce fraud risk.
8.3 Disputes must be submitted within 30 days.
9. FTC & Legal Compliance
Affiliate must disclose affiliate relationships and comply with all advertising laws.
10. Intellectual Property
Affiliate receives limited permission to use RawNori brand assets for approved promotion only.
Permission may be revoked at any time.
11. Termination & Suspension
RawNori may terminate or suspend accounts at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination:

affiliate links must cease

unpaid commissions may be forfeited if violations occurred
12. Modification of Agreement
RawNori may modify this Agreement at any time.
Updated terms become effective upon posting.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
If Affiliate disagrees, their sole remedy is to terminate participation.
RawNori is not required to obtain individual consent.
13. Independent Contractor
No employment or partnership relationship exists.
14. Disclaimers & Liability
Program is provided “as is.”
Maximum liability is limited to $100.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by California law.
Venue: Los Angeles County, California.
Disputes resolved via binding arbitration.
16. Entire Agreement
This Agreement supersedes prior agreements.
