Thank you for your interest in carrying our products.

We offer wholesale pricing to qualified retail partners with a physical storefront and/or a dedicated independent ecommerce website. At this time, we do not authorize resale on third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms).

We also work with verified organizations that purchase in consistent bulk volumes, such as restaurants, buying clubs, manufacturers using our products as ingredients, and other established businesses with an ongoing operational need.

Wholesale Terms & Conditions

By applying for and maintaining a wholesale account with RawNori, you agree to the following terms.

1. Authorized Sales Channels

Wholesale accounts are approved for qualified businesses operating:

a physical retail storefront, and/or
a dedicated independent ecommerce website

Resale on third-party marketplaces is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, and similar platforms.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the wholesale account without notice.

RawNori reserves the right to monitor distribution channels and verify compliance at any time.

2. Bulk & Commercial Buyers

We offer wholesale pricing to verified organizations purchasing in ongoing bulk volumes for operational use, including food service, manufacturing, buying clubs, and other established commercial operations.

Approval is discretionary and may require verification of business activity.

3. Minimum Order Requirements

All products are sold by the full case unless otherwise specified.

Minimum order quantity is one full case per item. Mixed case quantities may be offered where available.

A valid reseller certificate or business registration is required to maintain wholesale status.

4. Payment Terms

All wholesale orders must be prepaid by credit or debit card through the RawNori wholesale website at the time of purchase.

We do not accept checks, purchase orders, or invoiced payment terms unless a written agreement is executed in advance.

Orders are not processed until payment is successfully received.

5. Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP)

Certain products are subject to Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP).

Products with MAP must be advertised at or above the listed MAP at all times. MAP violations may result in suspension or termination of the wholesale account.

6. Ordering Process

Wholesale orders must be placed through the official RawNori wholesale ordering portal. Orders submitted by email or other unofficial channels may not be accepted.

RawNori reserves the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at its discretion.

7. Shipping

Wholesale case pricing includes standard ground shipping within the continental United States unless otherwise stated.

International shipments and expedited shipping are billed separately at current carrier rates. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and import compliance.

RawNori is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing delays, or transit damage once accepted by the carrier. Claims for shipping damage must be reported promptly.

Address correction fees, refused deliveries, and return shipping charges caused by customer error will be billed to the customer.

8. Food Safety, Shelf Life & Lot Responsibility

All products are food items with defined shelf lives and lot tracking.

Wholesale customers are responsible for:

proper storage
inventory rotation
monitoring expiration dates
maintaining product quality after delivery

RawNori cannot accept returns due to aging inventory, improper storage, or slow turnover.

Lot numbers and expiration dates are part of food safety traceability and must not be removed or altered.

9. Return Policy

Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products, all wholesale food items are final sale.

Returns are accepted only in the case of:

shipping damage
incorrect items shipped
verified manufacturing defects

Claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery and may require photos or documentation.

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Returns are not accepted for:

over-ordering
unused inventory
slow sales
product aging
recipe or business changes
special project cancellations

10. Brand Protection

Wholesale partners agree to represent RawNori products accurately and professionally.

Products may not be:

relabeled
repackaged
bundled in a misleading way
marketed with false claims
sold in a manner that damages brand reputation

RawNori reserves the right to revoke wholesale privileges if brand integrity is compromised.

11. Limitation of Liability

RawNori’s liability is limited to replacement of product or refund of the purchase price at our discretion.

RawNori is not liable for:

lost profits
business interruption
indirect or consequential damages
customer misuse
improper storage
resale losses
product aging after delivery

By purchasing wholesale, the buyer assumes responsibility for downstream resale risk.

12. Account Standing

RawNori reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts for:

policy violations
unauthorized resale
MAP violations
fraudulent activity
chargebacks
abusive conduct
repeated disputes

Termination may occur without prior warning.

13. Policy Updates

RawNori may update wholesale terms at any time. Continued ordering constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
